WE all love to do a little detective work, but the latest teaser trailers have fans more spooked than usual.

Aside from the spooky scenes in the trailer, creepy descriptions have fans on edge.

Sam Barlow is best known for making thrillers such as Her Story and Immortality.

Immortality released yesterday (January 23) on PS5, and the interactive murder mystery scored a massive 90-rating on review aggregate site Metacritic.

At the same time Sam Barlow, and his studio Half Mermaid, teased two new games via Steam.

The creepy trailers were accompanied by a number of glitchy and ominous screenshots, and descriptions filled with blacked out text.

The first game is code-named Project C, and has a short poem before the description.

It reads: “For now we see through a glass, darkly;

“but then face to face: now I know in part;

“but then shall I know even as also I am known.”

The description following this reads: “Project C… is the new cinematic… Sam Barlow… Half Mermaid… for the first time ever in a video game.”

Barlow’s other teased game is nicknamed Project D and has an equally spooky description.

It reads: “Project D… is a… survival horror… Sam Barlow… Half Mermaid… 1983… nurse… in… Be careful… nightmare.”

Both games have also been marked as For Mature Audiences with a number of warnings for fans.

It reads:This Game may contain content not appropriate for all ages, or may not be appropriate for viewing at work: Some Nudity or Sexual Content, Frequent Violence or Gore, General Mature Content.”

This is all we know about the games so far that have no other description or release date.
