A young couple were shocked to find over 100 vintage adult magazines hidden under the floorboards in their loft while renovating.

Elliott Williams and Megan Rawes were doing work to the attic in their new home when he made the saucy discovery.

The concealed stash of 1960s to 1980s porn included copies of Mayfair, Penthouse, Club International and Men Only.

Elliott, a 29-year-old kitchen designer, also found an old sex doll and letters with the name ‘Francis’ on them.

The x-rated finds were made in a semi-detached house in Birmingham – and are still in surprisingly good condition after being untouched for decades.

The couple now hope to make hundreds of pounds from selling them at auction.

Megan, 26, said: ‘Elliott and I bought the house a couple of years ago and our plan was to basically knock it down and rebuild it.

‘It was Elliott who found the adult magazines under the floorboards in the loft. He was shocked and I could not believe it.’

Megan suspects ‘Francis’ had wanted to hide the magazines from his partner, or mum.

She added: ‘We bought the house off an old lady who died so I don’t think they were hers. After the initial shock, we thought maybe the magazines could be worth some money so we did some Googling.

‘We’re going to sell them at auction and hopefully that will give us a financial boost in the cost of living crisis.’
