Peugeot Australia reveals E-308 Hatch & E-Expert Van slated for late 2024 launch

Peugeot Australia is set to expand its 100% electric vehicle offering in the Australian market, adding the E-308 Hatch and E-Expert Van to it’s range. Both are both slated for launch in the second half of 2024.

Both of these add much needed options for inner city dwellers who want a compact car that can easily fit in narrow streets and small street side parking spots as well as small businesses looking for electric cargo solutions eg: a courier van.

Peugeot says the E-308 Hatch will feature a dynamic silhouette, designed with aerodynamic efficiency in mind to optimise performance. With a compact, integrated steering wheel, onboard technologies and latest generation driving aids.

Hopefully the E-308 pricing will be sensible. While I don’t expect it to be as low as the trio of existing Chinese EV hatchbacks in the Australian market, I hope it isn’t too high eg 60K.

E-Expert, a mid-size van, will join Peugeot Australia’s electric light commercial vehicle range and represents an step forward in design, versatility, and technology.

Peugeot’s existing fully electric range in Australia is the E-2008 SUV and the E-Partner Van.

Interested customers are encouraged to register their interest online for the Peugeot E-308 and Peugeot E-Expert in order to be the first to receive the latest updates.

Further information on the E-308 and E-Expert, including specification, pricing, and arrival timing, will be confirmed at a later date.
