A smart TV lets viewers watch terrestrial TV alongside hundreds-of-thousands of movies and TV shows directly from apps, like the beloved BBC iPlayer, Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV and Now TV.

The Roku TV is equipped with a tuner that provides access to digital “over-the-air” broadcast television.

These channels can be accessed via an aerial connected to the Live TV input on your Roku TV.

It even has the option to record missed shows, instead of waiting till they are available on an on-demand streaming app, like the ITV Hub.

The big-screen – which comes with a two year warranty – also offers customers free ad-supported streaming services like Freevee and Pluto.

The smart telly also boasts Miracast screen mirroring, which means whatever you see and do on your mobile device can appear on your TV.

This can be a great tool for gaming, streaming, and even sharing your latest holiday pictures with family.

Dolby Audio and DTS Studio Sound simulates surround sound for that real cinema feel.

What makes the telly so ‘smart’ is that the remote has Roku’s voice assistant built in, making it like a smartphone or Fire Stick.

The Roku app can be used in place of the remote.

But the TV can also be paired with your smart speaker voice assistants, like Alexa, Google or Siri, for handsfree voice control.
