TUI AG is considering delisting from London and trading solely on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange following requests from some shareholders to review the benefits of a simplified listing structure.
The London-listed German travel operator made the disclosure Wednesday as it reported a swing to net profit for fiscal 2023 on record revenue, and said it expects revenue for the year ahead to grow at least 10%.
