A woman previously jailed for grooming and flashing a teenage boy has been sent back to prison for going to Nando’s with a group of teenagers.

Karen Robb, 48, of Barton Avenue in Blackpool, Lancashire, was sentenced in 2018 to 16 months for grooming a 15-year-old boy online, including by exposing her breasts to the youngster.

She was also placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years andg prohibited from spending time in the company of underage children without the prior consent of their parents.

Now, she’s back behind bars after flouting the restrictions against her by attending a family meal last August at which four children, all under the age of 16, were present.

Additionally, Robb is also reported to have stayed between August 15 and September 7 at another house in Blackpool where a child was living.

It is understood that she did not inform police she was staying at the property, or that she was banned from doing so under the terms of her sentencing.

Robb’s initial offending took place over eight months in 2016 and 2017, during which the mum-of-one sent the underage boy explicit messages on Facebook.

A woman who was jailed for sexual offences involving a teenage boy is back behind bars after she was caught having a meal with youngsters in Nando's. Karen Robb, 48, groomed a 15-year-old boy on Facebook and exposed her breasts to the 'na?ve' teenager. She went on to meet the boy, who said he wanted to 'hold hands with her' and promised to do 'naughty things' with him.

In response, he told her he had fallen in love with her.

Eventually she would go on to meet with the boy, who later claimed she said she ‘wanted to hold hands’ and do ‘naughty things’ with him.

The boy’s parents found out about Robb’s correspondence with their son when they saw the messages on his mobile phone.

They resolved to handle the matter themselves, but when Robb’s partner was alerted to the situation, he contacted police.

Regarding her recent reoffending, Judge Darren Preston determined that the court had no choice but to return Robb to custody.

She will serve 28 months.
